The AAA Center is located in Unit 109S on the ground floor, on the south side of the Heritage Square building at 8500 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary.
The indoor atrium is a standout architectural feature — it’s not just a hallway but a lush, plant-filled space that gives the building a unique feel and can be used for more than just walking through. Proximity to the LRT makes it very commuter-friendly. Large flexible leasing options make this building suitable for a wide variety of tenants — from small offices to large companies. The building’s design and amenities (fitness, café, conference space) make it more than a plain office tower — it’s almost a mini campus.
